How long will it take before I receive my order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24–48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, it will normally be delivered within 5–14 business days, depending on the destination, customs, and local conditions. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I track my order? Your order is on its way.
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow the delivery. All orders are shipped with UPS. You can also track your order via our “Track your order” page.
Can I contact someone if I have questions?

Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer a 100% return guarantee on new and non-discounted products. Returns must be notified within 30 days of receipt.
How do I initiate a return?
Send an email to info@ellisonandclarke.com. Once the return has been approved, we will send you detailed instructions and a return form.
How long does a refund take?
Once the return has been received and checked, your refund will usually be processed within 5–10 business days. You will receive confirmation by email.
