Refund Policy
At Ellison & Clarke, we want the returns process to be straightforward and fair. If something is not right for you, this policy explains how returns work, when refunds are issued, and when return costs apply.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- unworn
- unused
- in their original condition
- returned with original tags and packaging where applicable
We do not apply any restocking fees.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us before returning any item.
Send an email to info@ellisonandclarke.com and include:
- your order number
- the item you wish to return
- the reason for the return
Once your request has been reviewed, we will send you the correct return instructions.
Returns sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item you received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Ellison & Clarke will cover the return shipping cost.
If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer want the product, the cost of return postage is your responsibility.
Any original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
After your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7 working days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another size or a different product, please contact us first.
Where possible, we will assist with arranging an exchange. In some situations, placing a new order may be the quickest solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return for reasons related to hygiene, safety, or the nature of the product.
Where this applies, it will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.
We may refuse returned items if they have been worn, washed, damaged, are missing tags, or are not returned in their original condition.
